ES Contract Using KineTick not plotting new bars for Futures in Charts

Hi,

I am using the latest version of NT. I have KineTick as a data feed.

When I have a chart of ES 03-13 Globex, my chart does not draw new bars as time elapses. It just keeps updating the same bar all day long (2 Minute chart of any intraday chart).

However, I get this behavior when charting futures contracts. If I chart equities (on the same chart i.e. APPL) the chart draws new bars just fine all day long.

I have used NT for years and never saw this behaviour.

Can youu please provide some assistance? I have also emailed KineTick tech support to no avail.

I replied again via email however just in case you do not receive this reply can you tell me if you currenly using your Multi Broker license key within NinjaTrader? If so can you tell me what broker you are currently connecting to within NinjaTrader.
