No Morning ETH Showing On CHarts?

I have my instruments set for US ETH and am using barcharts RT data. I can see quotes changing in the control center starting at 7AM EST, but nothing is being charted. I checked data series and my chart is set for US ETH. In the evening ETH is charted. In the morning the charting won't start until 8:30AM EST. Why are no prices charted until 8:30AM EST? WHat am I doing wrong?

What time zone does your PC clock use?

Can you please select the 'Default 24/7' session template in the chart and check if pre-market data is loaded (before 8:30 AM).

Clock is set for EST zone. I tried 24/7 and no data. In fact with 24/7 I get no pre or post market data which is why I had o change the setting to US ETH.

Okay, I switched instruments with the 24/7 setting and now I am getting data. Strange. I'll need to try this again tomorrow. Thanks for the tip.

Can you please proceed as follows. Disconnect your data feed, go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if data is loaded as expected once connected.

If not, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.
