MBTrading - not available in connections?

Hi there,
I just updated NT 7.0.1000.11, and installed new MBT Navigator 11.9.0.44.

During setup connection in NT I haven't any option to choose MBT connection!
So, how can I connect to MBT if I haven't this option in providers' list?

My LIVE Licence is terminated from 2 months and now I work only on simulated version.
Should I uninstall and install again new version? In attachment is list of these providers.


BTW - WHY THERE STIIL IS PFG ON THIS LIST ?????!!!!!
THIS BROKER IS BANKRUPT..!!

And where are another providers on this list?

The connections available in the connection wizard are dependant on the license key you are using. Can you please send an email to Sales AT NinjaTrader DOT com with your license key and reference this post so we can further assist?
