Ninja Trader Crashes before splash screen

I recently installed Ninja Trader [Again: I actually did this once before and found the same result]. I downloaded the latest version today. I ran the install with no errors. When I try to load the application, it just crashes. The splash screen does display and when it closes, the app crashes.


I am running Windows 7 x64

is there some diagnostic information that I can check to see why it is crashing?

I would like to give you software a try if possible.

Include your latest Log and Trace files.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named log.20130111.txt

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named trace.20130111.txt
