unable to load 2013 futures contracts

Hi NT staff,

My NT cannot load any of the 2013 individual futures contratcs. It says "invalid isntrument".

Continous contratcs are OK to load, so are 2012 individual contratcs. But not 2013 contratcs.

Do you see same issue at your side?

binwang2, which broker or provider are you using here with NT? Is this on our most recent NT7 R11 update? If so, please recheck after having reset instruments under Tools > Options > Data.

I am using R11. I reset instrument setting and now 2013 individual contracts can be loaded. Thanks a lot.
