CL Market Replay Data Problem

    CL Market Replay Data Problem

    I downloaded CL 08-12 for dates 6/21/2012 and 6/22/2012 - the data downloads but it seems empty. In other words, there only seems to be a few minutes of data. For example, try to set the replay start date to 8:50am and you get an error message. Many other dates in 2012 are fine.

    In testing here, I encounter the same issue. Unfortunately it appears that there was an issue with replay recording on these dates in June. While that data cannot currently be restored we are working on other ways of addressing this for future versions of NinjaTrader.

    If other questions come up please let me know.

      Is it just the 21st and 22nd? Are there others you know about?

        None which I can think of off the top of my head but I'd be happy to double-check any other dates which you're having trouble with.

              Replay Data not coming across

              Similar to ScottyR below I am having issues with the replay.After I download the data for CL 05-14 3-Min chart) the replay comes up but the chart does not update. It does go to the right date, but does not update. This is for all updates I try. But one thing I notice is by r-click on the recorder – there is not any data the beginning and end are the same??

                Thank you for your post.

                If you select CL 05-14 in the Orders tab of the Control Center window do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown in these fields?
