    i got this error trying to connect to cqg

    Hello poeds,

    Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email and send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, connection CQG' in the subject header.

      CQG Not Connecting

      When trying to log in to my CQG data feed I getr the following message....

      Login failed:Exception of Type
      "CQG. Trader.DataAccess. Session Manager. InstrumentMetadataNotAv
      ailableException' was thrown.

      Can you please advise me at your earliest convenience. THANKS!!

        Can you please restart NinjaTrader and try again. If the issue remains, please proceed as per post #2.

              I am seeing a similar issue with my AMP/CQG connection. I have removed and added it multiple times but nothing seems to work. How did you get your connection to succeed?

                just by doing that
                try removing it
                shutting down NT
                restarting and then redoing the connection

                    I contacted AMP support and they say that CQG is working on resolving the issue.

                        Unfortunately I do not have any news at this time. They are still working on solving the issue. If I have any news, I will let you know.

                            I have been informed the issue is solved. Please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect CQG.
