IB feed and second charts

Hi,

I'm having a problem in using IB feed with second charts.
It runs live but without volume writing at every bar close
and it doesn't load even 1 day of historical data (even if in the account connection setup it's checked the option to use IB servers for historical data).

On the other side, no problem with 1 minute charts and above.

Thank you for your post.

Interactive Brokers does not support historical tick data in NinjaTrader. Tick data is the underlying data type for Seconds charts.

You can enable NinjaTrader to save chart data that you view in real-time as historical by going to the NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Options > Data > Save Chart Data As Historical.
