Super dom not populating

Hi

I am getting an inconsistent problem with data in the super dom.

Some products work fine and others I get no data at all.

Eg DAX is fin, S&P, FTE etc are fine but

YM mini dow, ZC corn, ZS soybean are not giving any data.

Have the latest version and followed all download instructions, inc the instrument txt file, but no joy. On othere PC's people get the YM product with no problems.....

Any help greatly appreciated as this problem is making me go grey.

These all are instruments migrated from CBOT to CME. The migration process likely introduced an issue. Please mail "support AT ninjatrader DOT com" for further support.

Unfortunately I have been to Ninja with regards this problem and no working solution has been forthcoming so far.

I am asking here because I am running out of possible areas to explore for solutions.

Any additional thoughts from anyone appreciated.

Most likely a step was missed when migrating. If you miss a step, no data will come in.

Please follow the instructions carefully from the link below and then let me know if you are able to receive data.
