Ninja trader is lost on the task bar

I am using Ninja with a MB Trading connection. Last time I run Ninja with MBT navigator, I forgot that I was using a VPN. When I clicked on the Ninja icon, MBT navigator shows that it can not connect, and I close it. Then Ninja started without MBT navigator.

But after that, when I click on Ninja, it starts normally, however, it is not shown on task bar, and can still be found in task manager.

I don't know why is this happening, any help would be highly appreciated.

The Config file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
