Chart Data

[Hungry Horace]

I have just subscribed this morning to Kinetick live data to simulate live trading(Amex, Nasdaq, Nyse) and everything was fine for an hour, now none of my charts will populate with data.

I open a new chart and its just blank, I have tried changing the timeframes etc and disconnected / reconnected but nothing.

The DOM and market analyzer are working so the connection must be good.

I am thinking I have pressed something I shouldnt.

Please disconnect from Kinetick, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
