TWS Connection Settings Using IBtoC2 Software

I am using IBtoC2 a software that sends my trades from TWS to Collective2. There are two changes in the TWS config API settings required to use the software. Can I make these changes without affecting my NinjaTrader connection?

1. UN-Check: Use negative numbers to bind automatic orders
2. Set Master API client ID to 0 (zero).

I see there could be conflict here if C2 needs this Master API Client ID set to 0 as well as NinjaTrader. I would recommend in this case setting up C2 in NinjaTrader with the instructions at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ollective2.htm

Otherwise there will be conflict between these settings. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Can I change the NT client ID to another value other than 0 (zero)? Or will this cause connectivity issues between NT and TWS?

The Client in TWS must match NinjaTrader, so you may run into conflicts with NinjaTrader and C2 set to the same Client ID.

Can I just change the client id in NinjaTrader to another value like 10? Or does it have to be 0 (zero)?

Thank you for your response.

You can set the Client ID to 10 if you wish but keep in mind if you wish to connect and use TWS properly with NinjaTrader you must have the same Client ID set in TWS as NinjaTrader.
