    Unable to write cache data

    Hello

    I've started getting the error message "unable to write cache data" whenever I create a new chart (possibly whenever I choose to load data for a new instrument)

    Is there something I have done to get into this state?
    Are there any fixes or workarounds available?

    In case it is relevant:
    I'm running NT 7.0.1000.11 (Multi-broker live) on Win7 Ultimate (6.1.7601 SP1)

    Thank you for any suggestions on how to resolve this.

    Please send your most current log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, so I may investigate this matter further.


    In the subject title please reference: Attn Lance 768545
    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
