Current Position Size as Entry Condition

Trying to set a strategy condition that checks the "Current Position Size" or "Curent Market Position" before entry. They are listed under the Conditon Builder but will not let me to use them. Please help. Thx

Welcome to our forums here Danny, you would need to select the PositionSize or MarketPosition items from the left side in the Condition Builder and then compare to suitable values for it on the right hand side, for PositionSize that would numerical values and for the Position state iftself, the values Long / Short / Flat from the Strategy category.

Thanks for reply. When I select the current position size under strategy category in the upper left box, nothing shows up on the lower left box.

There would be nothing showing up, this would be your left side property you compare to a value on the right side of the ConditionBuilder. It would use whatever value the Current Position would be in your strategy, you would not set this with a value.
