Thanks for your reply.
Please ensure you are running the latest version of NinjaTrader and then reset your instruments.
To check what version of NinjaTrader you are running go to Help> About
To upgrade to NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.11 please follow the link bellow.
Under Current User paste your license key.
You can locate your license key under Help> License key
Select Download NinjaTrader
Download Version 7.0.1000.11 (Current)
Before running the installer ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
To reset your instruments please restart NinjaTrader, go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
Restart NinjaTrader once again.BrandonNinjaTrader Customer Service

I went into the software to get my license key and clicked to upgrade - then closed the program
As it began to load it says to uninstall the old program first.
will I lose my uploaded scripts if I do this?

NinjaTrader comes pre set up with the correct settings for the ES and you should not need to modify them.
The correct exchange is Globex.
Did you complete the reset of the instruments? If not please do so (see below)
Are you connected to a real time Kinetick subscription or the Kinetick End Of Day (Free)?
(For a chart) what interval is selected?

ive got eod day chart up
plan to try the live feed shortly
