Kospi esignal - no data

Hello,

I am unable to get data for Kospi futures through esignal data feed. I created a new instrument as per the information on this forum with esignal data symbol K2I H3-KSP but to no avail. Please see attached screenshots.

I do have live subscription for Kospi futures through esignal.

Please advise.

Welcome to the forum and I am happy to assist you.

If you try mapping the eSignal symbol in the Misc tab as per discusses in the below thread then are you able to get the data.
