Ninja choking - Missing Data on Chart ???

OK so I was just fiddling around in Ninja like everyone else.
I have NG 02-13 displayed on my chart.
Then suddenly Ninja chokes, I reboot it.
And suddenly I'm missing data on my chart.

I'm connecting to InteractiveBrokers alright. In the Traders Workstation NG 02-13 is displayed with all the bars there but in Ninja it's missing the bars back 14:35. All the bars are appearing as blank lines. I have not changed anything to do with the session time frames or what ever. I'm looking at this on the 5 min scale.

Just asking for input from someone on how to evaluate this ???

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Please right click in the chart and select the Reload All Historical Data option. If this does not reload the data, I need you to check two things:

1.) The NinjaTrader version. (Help > About)

2.) The build of TWS in use. (Help > About Trader Workstation)
