computer crash - no access to historical data?

Hello NT Team
I saidly enough had a computer crash.
My win xp pro is not working any more but i installed now vista 64 bit running the NT 32 bit with patsystems.
My historical data is still there but i can not open it in any chart.
How can i implement the data in my new installation?

Hello PeterPan,

Could you manually attach your most current log and trace files in an e-mail to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com, so I may investigate this matter further.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

Put ATTN: JC with reference to this thread.
