historical data for fdax 03-13

hi, i am on cqg/nt feed, i'm not getting historical data for fdax 03-13 .. every new chart for this instrument is loading from current timestamp.

is there a problem somewhere ?

Thanks for your note.

Eurex was closed from 22nd December till yesterday (26th December). If you load historical data for say 3 days etc then you wont be able to get any historical data. If you try loading data for say 10 days then are you able to get the historical data.

Hi, what i mean is when i open a new fdax 03-13 chart, the data is loading from the current timestamp. i dont have data from 02:00 ET till current timestamp. yes, I am using > 10 days historical data value.

Development has confirmed the missing data, and it will be restored during the next server maintenance (this weekend).
