Ninja trader crash

Dear Sir,
Lately the ninja trader application crashes every day. The crash accures even withount any indicator or strategy running. I am using IB as a broker.
Please advice how I can check the source of the problem.

Assaf, which NT7 and IB TWS versions are you using here in this setup? We would currently recommend working on NT7 R11 in connection with TWS 927.7

In your account connection options which backup datafeed connections are set for Kinetick and IB please?

It would also help us further investigate if you could forward your diagnostic log / trace file via the Help >> Mail to Support option to us.

I am using NT7 R11 in connection with TWS 932.4.
for all connections the backup datafeed is set to Kinetick
I sent the trace and log via email.
