Invalid Symbol Error when Retreiving ES 09-12 Data from DTN

I am getting an "Invalid Symbol" error when loading NT7 charts that are requesting ES 09-12 data. My data provider is DTN IQFeed.

The ES 09-12 symbol is listed in the NT Instrument Manager and the back data is available from DTN.

What might be the issue? I am running NT 7.0.1000.11.

What chart interval are you trying to view?
(e.g. 5min, 4 range, etc.)

I am trying to view a 5 minute period in the chart.

Why would NT reject the ES 09-12 symbol? That symbol worked fine for months before this. ES 06-12 is also invalid.

The ES 12-12 and ES 03-13 data is working correctly.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

What End Date is selected for your chart? You can check this by right clicking in your chart > select Data Series > check the End Date setting.
