OCO between NT7 an IB TWS

OCO between NT7 an IB TWS

Hello,

When an OCO order is fired in NT7, do the three orders (the main one and the other two -profit target and stoploss) reflect inmmediately in TWS? or is the main order the only one that is reflected in TWS and the stoploss and profit taking appear in TWS when the main order is filled? And inversely, if the OCO order in fired in TWS, does it reflect in NT?
