Russel2000 RCG/Patssystem data problems

Hi Folks,

i trade via RCG (patssystem) and so far i had no troubles with data/trading. Now i had them add the mini Russel2000 contract (TF) and the charts just don´t update and the Dome keeps empty. I asked them, for sure ten times, and they said everything including access to the data should be fine. They claim its a NT issue. I doubt it, however can anyone please have a look on this issue. I have attached the logfile.

Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately the TF is on the ICE_NYBOT exchange and this exchange is not supported when using Patsystems with NinjaTrader.

You are kidding, right ? Why that ?
Is this subject to change in a foreseeable timeframe?

Which brokers/data vendor can be used to trade the Russel2000?

Thanks for your reply.

This is due to a technical limitation of NinjaTrader. It is on our list of possible future enhancements to support these exchanges as per our next major release.

All provides that support futures with NinjaTrader would be able to access the TF except for Patsystems and Kinetick.
