problem with 6e

when I create chart 6e, it alwais starts like this/ screen shot attached

I reinstalled NT, but problem still exists.

We have had a few reports of this and our development team is aware of the missing historical data on our servers for the 6E contact. We are currently looking into this further, but do not have any information on when this data may be restored.
