NT or CQG data loss

No - that data would be retained when NinjaTrader is restarted when the save chart data as historical option is enabled.

If you wish to maintain a 24 hour record of data using this method, it would be required that NinjaTrader remain running and connected during all hours you wish to collect data for.

I am still missing data for the 19th but I have data for the 20 and 21st. Are you guys still working on this issue?

The historical data was restored this weekend for all instruments.

I have double checked a CQG connection today and I can download this missing data.

Please try right clicking on the chart and select 'reload all historical data' to force a reload of this data.
