No Historical Data

I am using CQG feed and am unable to back-fill charts with historical data. Real-Time data is fine. I disconnected and reconnected many times. Repaired and Reset data base. Cleared historical data cache. Still no go. This has worked fine in the past. i.e. all chart data was being back-filled on connection. The problem first appeared last Thursday on roll over of ES-12-12 to ES-03-13 and is now occurring on all instruments. 6E, 6B, 6S etc... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Please right click in the chart - is the 'Reload All Historical Data' option available or grayed-out?

It's greyed out. The get history from server is checked in the account connection.

Which version of NinjaTrader 7 are you running? To check, please click Help > About - version is shown near the top of the menu in a 7.0.1000.X format.
