Chart not updating on dax

Hi,

I'm using different instruments on different charts and everything works fine on NinjaTrader with the exception of F-DAX 12-12 futures (Range 4 or Minutes ...), no matter of type.

The problem is that it is not updating and although the settings are fine from the Chart Properties (Display update interval 0.5), in order to update I need to Reload All Historical Data (CRLT+SHIFT+R), minute by minute or second by second, otherwise data will not be actualized.

Feel free pleases to give me a solution to make it work in real time...

PS: If matters, I make my connection with Zen-Fire and FXCM.

Hello Simon,

Can you confirm that you are getting real-time data for the FDAX 12-12 by opening up a Time and Sales window by going to File -> New -> Time ans Sales and see live data and make sure the end date on the chart is the current date?
