Chart Not updating :: Simulator

Hi,

I am using simulated data and the the Min bar candle charts are not updating or getting loaded. Using ES 03-13 as ticker.

I am getting data in DOM or for that matter I can also see Bid and Ask in Chart trader, its just that not getting any candles, all blank !

Kindly help.

Hello abhayt,

This maybe due to your session template that you are using in the chart. To change the session template on a chart open up your "Data Series" window by right clicking in the chart and select Data Series. With the instrument that you want to change highlighted go to the right panel. Under "Data" change the "Session template" from "<Use instrument settings>" to the session template that you want. For example "Default 24/7".
