Hello asapowell,
Please disconnect from Interactive Brokers, reset the instruments, repair the database and restart NinjaTrader.
To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
Select the "Data" tab
Press the "Repair DB" button

I would recommend downgrading to TWS 927.7 as this build has been tested and is supported. You can download TWS 927.7 from the link below.
