real time data feed FXCM

I have problems on on how to make ninja trader to show me on real time data feed from fxcm. I currently have a lifetime license and an account with fxcm. PLease help me as soon as possible.

I did that steps already but not showing real time quotes , not even on the charts.

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, real time data feed FXCM' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
