weekly, monthly and yearly chart problem

hello,

I'm trying to open a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly chart of the spy, no matter what i do i only get data from 1/18//12 to this date.

I have repaired and deleted the spy data base and reload it again, prior to that i had a gap in the data, like 2 years missing, but the chart was continuous so it showed a huge gap, now there's only 1 year data with no gap and no prior data.

I'm using IB data with TWS 927.7 and NT7 7.0.1000.10

what can i do to solve this?

Thank you for your post.

I have tested on my end and receive the same amount of data which indicates this is all the data currently supplied by IB. As a work around please connect to the Kinetick End of Day (Free) connection first within NinjaTrader and IB second.
