Maximal number of strategies handled by the system

Hello,

My company is setting up a trading system based on Ninja Trader.

I would like to ask about maximal number of strategies that can be theoretically handled by one instance of Ninja Trader. More specifically, the question will be:

Let's assume I have a computer with potentially unlimited computational power, say 8 times 8 cores processor, 500 GB RAM etc. Does Ninja Trader have any built-in limitation of the number of handled strategies? What would be your estimate of the maximal number of them? Anyone of you guys tried "overloading" NT?

Welcome to the forum and I am happy to assist you.

I am not aware of any limitation set by NinjaTrader on how many strategy you can run at a time. It would ultimately depend on how complex your strategies are and the computing power of your PC.
