CQG Connection Lost- anyone else?

My AMP CQG is showing up as "Connection Lost" in the control Center panel but real time data for NQ is still coming in. Is anyone else experiencing this problem today? I'm switching to SIM until resolved.

Just an update to my own thread- connection is lost, then reconnected, then lost again. This has repeated thus far 3 times today.

Hello,

Thank you for reporting. We have been notified by AMP and seems to be specific to an ISP.

We are being asked to have users reboot their modem and try the connection again.

Can you clarify who your ISP is?

We seem to have two threads running. As I stated in the other one, I"m using Comcast Business Class and I have just rebooted the modem. I'll let you know how this works out.
