    Hello wongrichx,

    Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email.

    You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, eurex data again' in the subject header.

      hi me too i have a problem this morning on Bund, Bobl and Schatz

      also, when i look at a chart on daily, i have bad data from 22 to 26 march 2010, even more, i don't have data before April 2009

      can i send you my Config.xml file ?

        Unfortunately there is no historical data recorded for these Eurex futures. I have reported the issue to development. Once there is news, I will let you know.

          ok for the historical data

          but for the problem since this morning than the data do not works, i don't have data since this morning, each time i change the maket on a chart, and then back to the Bund, i don't have the data since this morning, only the live data is appearing on the chart.

          i can i send you my config.xml ?

            Yes, this is because the historical data server is not recording data for the Bund. Each time you switch, it will start over again.

            You receive real-time data. If you let it build for a while and then switch, all historical data will be gone.

              Might there be a time frame that we might expect a resolution to the historical data issue for the Bund?

                  Unfortunately the affected Eurex instruments (FGBL 03-13, FGBS 03-13 and FGBM 03-13) will continue to miss historical data until the weekend at which point it will be restored.

                  You can save all real-time data you receive in the mean time by enabling 'Save chart data as historical' at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab.

                    Why it is always the server for bund/bobl? It has happened numerous times before. Servers for US market have no problem at all!

                      We are still looking into what caused this on these instruments.

                      We are looking to restore the missing historical data during our maintenance this weekend.
