Can't connect to Zenfire

Hello. I had to reinstall Windows over the weekend. After reinstalling NT and creating a new account connection I find that I'm unable to connect to Zenfire. I followed different threads that discussed syncing my clock and repairing my database. That doesn't work. I allowed NT as an exception to my firewall and even disabled my firewall. Still can't connect. I'm 99% sure my password with my brokerage is correct. If it is what else could be stopping my connection? Please help. Thanks.

When attempting to connect does an error appear? If so, what does that error report?

Sorry I failed to state the error message. "Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection." is the message.
