Can't connect to Zenfire

Can't connect to Zenfire
Hello. I had to reinstall Windows over the weekend. After reinstalling NT and creating a new account connection I find that I'm unable to connect to Zenfire. I followed different threads that discussed syncing my clock and repairing my database. That doesn't work. I allowed NT as an exception to my firewall and even disabled my firewall. Still can't connect. I'm 99% sure my password with my brokerage is correct. If it is what else could be stopping my connection? Please help. Thanks.Tags: None

Sorry I failed to state the error message. "Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection." is the message.
