    Save chart data as historical

I run NT 7 with two connections, a broker and a real-time data provider.

Tools > Options > Data > Real-time data > "Save chart data as historical"

If I have the above ticked/checked, which data source is saved as historical, my broker's data or my real-time data provider's data?

    Hello AnotherTrader,

It will save the real-time data that is received in charts.

On most occassions, you receive real-time data from the first connected connection. Only when the first connection does not support a certain instrument type (stock, futures, forex, index), it will receive data from the second connection. Please see the link below for information when using multiple connections.
