IB Connection Failure

Downloaded NJ 64 bit 7.0.1000.10 and TWS Build 927.7. Went through the setup including Advance Order Management (AOM). I setup AOM via TWS that I started directly. For NJ, I have a sim license key.

I set the local host to the default 127.0.0.1 and got the following error:

'Login Failed: IB.Adapter.MessageLoop No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it fe80::54da:e706:1bdb:20c%11:7496

But it did bring up TWS and I can see my account on TWS. But no data on NT.,

I tried to change local host to 192.168.1.1, but got this error:

Login Failed: IB.Adapter.MessageLoop A connection attempt failed because the connecting party did not respond after a period of time.

I made sure I have no trades open in TWS.

I then went to check AOM (TWS brought up by NJ this time) and it is now greyed out.

Any suggestions.

You can troubleshoot the error message by setting the 'Host (optional)' field from 127.0.0.1 to localhost on the Interactive Brokers account connection.

I changed setting to "localhost" and got same message as I got with the 127. setup but with different hex values at the end.

I emailed you per instructions. Also is the fact AOM is now greyed out an issue?
