Problem with getting data for F2MX

Hello. I use IQFeed as a historical data provider (for the testing) and Zen-Fire as a data provider for trading. I have succesfully downloaded and tested strategy for F2MX (MDAX Futures, Eurex) but when I try tu set up it for trading I see the following error message "Error on loading chart data for F2MX 12-12 Eurex. Ninja Trader data server does not support this instrument, no data available".

What's wrong?

P.S. In the Super-DOM for this instrument I can see the price levels and orders.

dcheg, historical data for this instrument would unfortunately not be offered on the NinjaTrader DataServer you connect to in your trading setup - I would suggest connecting to IQFeed first to get historical data for it and then to your ZenFire connection second to be able to execute on your account.
