Price data not matching Candles?

Hi Everyone,

Just noticed that my price data does not match the candlesticks on the chart. I've attached a a jpeg showing AAPL on a daily chart with global cross hair activated. As you can see my crosshair is close to the daily low on the candle at 581.58 (I selected the candle to be sure the data would be for that day), however in the price data screen, it shows no record of the price even being close to 581.58. Can anyone help? Hope this makes sense. My market data provider is Kinetix.

Please right click in the chart and reload historical data. After reloading chart data, do you notice the same issue?

Ya sadly after I click on "reload all historical data" I still see the same discrepancy...

Please create a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) and add a new daily chart therein - does the same issue appear here as well?

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I'll need a copy of the 'trace.20121202.txt' file please.

Hi Kyle,

I just figured it out. I'm using Heiken Ash for the candles and just disabled the indicator and the price data matches the original candlesticks.

Don't know if you could answer this but why would the Heiken Ash candles draw such long bodies than?
