plotting MA over candles, not behind them

Forgive me if this is a simple question.

How can I plot a moving average on top of candles so that the candles do not obscure the moving average, whilst still colouring the candles according to up or down candle.

To change the Z-Order please left mouse click on the indicator to select-->Hold down the Shift button-->Scroll your mouse up or down to change.
