Urgent! Ninja is not booting!

Hello,

I`ve restarted my computer three times now, but it does not help.

I start Ninja and the screen pops up like it normally does, inititializing databases, configuration, etc, but then it disappears and there is no platform.

I start task manager, but there is nothing running there either. If I try to re-start, it says there can`t be two NT running at the same time.

I have used NT for a while now and have not changed nothing. It came out of the blue.

I`m supposed to be trading right now. Please help!

Thank you for your post.

Please use the steps I have provided below to move your current Config file:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Select the file "Config" and move this file to another location such as your Desktop
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Input your license key
• Recreate your connection with the option "Connect on startup" disabled

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

It still works well, but I miss connecting on start-up. Is that not possible?

If you would like yes you may go back into the connection wizard and enable the option "Connect on startup".
