Can't load TF Data into Chart with Kinetick End Of Day

Hi there. I am trying to load a chart with TF tick data (1 years worth of data) while connected to Kinetick End of Day. However when I create a new chart, no data is loaded, and the "Reload All Historical Data" menu item is grayed out. Any idea what is going on?

I've tried deleting the cache file in the db folder, and doing a Repair DB, but neither helped.

Hi Shane,

The Kinetick End of Day feed does not support historical tick data, as the End of Day feed will only display historical daily data.

As a result when attempting to load tick data while connected to Kinetick's EOD feed the availability of the necessary chart data also prevents the reloading of data.

With Kinetick historical minute and tick data is available, for supported exchanges, as part of the Basic Service subcription, but Kinetick does not support the ICE exchange for intraday historical or real-time data.
