troubles with connecting to IB

Dear friends.
I have license key for IB and live and simulation account on IB.
But I can't connect to IB during last 3-4 hours. I had such troubles during while previous week. I can observe -"Connecting to Interective brokers", but I can't connect.
What should I do?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

What build of TWS are you using? You can check in TWS by going to Help > About Trader Workstation and scrolling down to build.
