is one able to turn objects on/off like trendlines, boxes, indicators, in a chart then selectively turn them on or off individually or all at once as well as have the ability to keep those objects and change the time frame of the chart and keep them up like weekly to daily to 4hrs?

Unfortunately, you cannot individually turn such objects on or off. You can save all applied indicators (as well as chart settings) in a chart template. Subsequently you can load the chart template in a chart and it will apply all indicators at once that are saved in the chart template. More imformation regarding chatr template can be found at the link below.
Drawing objects are saved in the workspace and can be applied to all charts that contains the same instrument. If you double click a drawing object to open its properties menu, you will see the 'Attach to' setting. You can set it to 'All charts' so the object will be applied in all other charts with the same instrument.
Subsequently you can disable these global drawing objects per chart using the 'Show global draw objects' option in the Data Series menu.
