esignal data feed

Hi,
I subscribed a month ago to Esignal datas and historical datas....since then I've been able to trade ES and Fdax...
My problem now is that I tryed to get French CAC40 future instrument (FCE) so I subscribed to an additional service by Esignal: Euronext exchange.
The problem is that my broker (Global Future) isn't able to setup the Cac40 instrument even with the Esignal feed.
On the instrument list I highlighted CAC40 and Edit the instrument. Then I have to chose the exchange but Euronext is not shown, only Eurex (The Dax exchange) Matif and Monep exchanges (French Option markets) but no Euronext....
Any idea on how to install the Euronext exchange on the intruments list? Thanks for your help.

Cac 40 is on Monep, i trade it all the time..throught IB

When you connect to Pats, go to the Instrument Manager, look for the
"Patsystems" button. Press this, you should see a list of instruments supported in your brokerage account. Look for the FCE and see what the exchange is and the symbol name. Use this information to specify the correct exchange and the Patsystems symbol map.

Thanks for your replies.
My broker also told me to try the Monep exchange, but it doesn't work...any additional set up to install? Instrument seems ok, but can't oload a chart...
Also why did Esignal sell me the Euronext future if not necessary?
