Refreshing is not working today

My NT is not refreshing the charts this morning (see attached).
I tried to download manually the data and every time i do today's data begin with just with the current candle.
Tried Fix database at no avail.
I am on demo CQG .
Times in charts GMT+1

Please help

Unfortunately the historical data server did not record data.

The issue has been fixed. The historical data server records data again. Unfortunately there will be historical data missing between 23:42 - 4:09 EST. It will be corrected next weekend during server maintenance.

Problem persists, the server recorded 10:09 to 10:14 gmt +1, then nothing.

Yes, I have contacted development again. When I test on my end, I load historical data between these two times as well.

The historical data server is recording data again starting 7:54 AM EST.
