NT not saving historical Last file

I updated to latest CL contract last week (0113) and now NT doesn't seem to record the last prices for that contract. I looked in the db\tick folder and for that series all I see for today, not last week, are Bid.ntd and Ask.ntd files, only the current Last.ntd file. If I switch Data Series, the chart loads only from the time of the switch. I get no 24 hour data. I do not have backfill capability (IB).

The CL 01-13 was incorrectly set to rollover on Nov 21st on our end. Did you make the appropriate changes to roll this over to last week?

You can do this by going to Tools--> Instrument Manager--> locate the instrument and select 'Edit'.

From the Instrument Editor, click on the Misc tab--> scroll down the the "Contract Months" section.

Please change the rollover date to the date to November 15th, 2012.

Once you have made this change, you can right click on your charted instrument and select 'reload all historical data'.
