ninja crash when exit after long sesssion

I have window error after leaving ninja on all day, I though by updating to the lastest 6.5.0.8 it will fix it but the error is still there. Notice there is no error if I open then close Ninja in 5, 10m. I only have error if I leave it on for the whole trading session.

sorry but I click on help then I see support center then if I click on it it send me to the web site which I already get on it directly.

My apologies about the confusion with the missing Help->Mail to support menu item. You likely have Direct edition with ZenFire where this menu item is not visible. We'll look into that...

For now: please mail me all files you'll find under <my documents>/NinjaTrader6.5/traces.
