When I right click on chart the Strategies and Strategies Performance are greyed out how do I activate them?

Thank you for your note.

The Strategies button can be grayed out due to one of the following:

• Not Connnected
• Chart Trader is Active
• Using a Direct Edition License key

1. you are not connected, please connect to your data provider, File -> Connect -> Your Data Provider

2. Close chart Trader if it is open, Press the Chart Trader Toggle button or Right click -> Properties -> Enable Chart Trader -> False

3. Check under the Control Center -> Help -> About, it will say (Direct).
