Currently there is not an option to save the selected account to a specific window and the first account available when sorting alphabetically to numeric will be selected automatically.

I have tested the SuperDOM and was able to save an ATM Strategy successfully. Please open a new SuperDOM-->Select your ATM Strategy Template then go to File-->Workspaces-->Save Workspace and restart NinjaTrader.
Please let me know if the saved ATM Strategy is then displayed as previously saved.
